Private training for best results:
I offer 55-minute one-on-one Reformer Pilates sessions, in which you’ll receive a highly personal workout, made to suit your goals and body’s needs. My training method uses Pilates exercises to focus on precise and controlled movements with special attention to alignment. We will train on the Reformer, but may also incorporate mat work, various props, as well as other Pilates apparatus. Private training is the best way to get the results you want. It’s easy to do Pilates incorrectly, which is why I pay close attention to form in order for you to receive all the benefits from the practice.
What to expect from your first session:
Before your first session starts, we will go over goals you wish to set for yourself, and discuss any limitations or injuries that you may be working with. We will also go over basic equipment instructions.
What to bring to your session:
Please bring grip socks. You can also purchase or borrow some at the studio. Please no hospital grip socks - they are not tight enough on the foot.
Depending on the personalized training program, I also have clients train with shoes on for certain moves. So please, bring a pair of sneakers.
You can bring a water bottle and a towel, but I also provide these for you at the studio.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Please bear in mind that I can see your body alignment better with tighter clothing.
Please don’t wear any piece of clothing with zippers or buttons. These will get in your way.
