Consistency Wins

Working out for just 15 minutes a day consistently (or 30 minutes every two days) will do so much more for your body (and mind!) than a long intense workout once every two weeks. The all or nothing mindset is a thing of the past, and we’re making room for a more balanced take on wellness. A consistent Pilates practice offers so many benefits, and will also help keep you strong, balanced and limber well into your advancing years. Who doesn’t want to be able to squat at age 94? Think of it as an investment in yourself - in your quality of life!

One of the best things about Pilates is you can work out an abundance of muscles (both big and small muscle groups) in a short amount of time. I personally have never felt unmotivated to get on the reformer because I know it instantly leads to a more mobile spine, stretched muscles, and a calmer mind. There’s so much to gain, nothing to lose.

I can absolutely understand that “me-time” may be a rare thing (I’ve had to face this harsh reality even more so since becoming a mom!). Carving out 15 minutes a day to do something good for your body and mind takes some getting used to. But that 15 minutes can be achieved through a walk, a Pilates or stretching session, or even breathing exercises! We’re not counting calories here, we’re thinking more long-term benefits, like stress reduction, mobility, core strength, improved posture. I could go on ;)

To help you stay consistent, I offer workouts ranging from 8 to 55 minutes long via my streaming platform. There are a variety of categories, making choosing a workout much easier. If you aren’t a member yet, try it out for FREE for 7 days!
