When I was 15, I used to do Mari Winsor Pilates DVDs in my bedroom.

I’d push my bean bag chair to the side, press play, and follow her cues. I loved how simple the process was: stay in pajamas, watch the video, move my body, feel good. That convenience and achievability is what hooked me on mindful movement at an early age. And it’s what I still value in my own practice today.
