Foundational Pilates includes programs designed for students who are new to Pilates as well as those beginning Level 1 work. This level combines introductory and foundational programs that focus on learning Pilates exercises, understanding Reformer use, and developing technique with clear instruction.

THIS IS FOR STUDENTS:

  • with no prior Pilates experience
  • new to the Reformer or new to having a Reformer at home
  • who have completed approximately 10 to 20 Pilates classes
  • working with physical limitations 
  • who prefer a slower paced class and lots of cues for alignment
