Intermediate Pilates includes Level 2 classes and programs. This level builds on foundational Pilates exercises introduced in Level 1 and expands sequencing and movement complexity.

THIS IS FOR STUDENTS:

  • who have completed Level 1 programs or equivalent experience
  • who are returning to Pilates after some time off
  • comfortable with foundational Pilates exercises
  • with some physical limitations but have been doing Pilates for a while

Elevate is a guided 28-session journey to reclaim strength, reset habits, and reignite your routine.

Spark is your 2-week Pilates kick-start designed to help you reconnect to your body, rebuild your routine, and reignite your motivation.

You’ll move through a balanced mix of full-length reformer flows and short-and-effective classes -so consistency feels natural, not overwhelming.

  • Focus on increased coordination, expanded variations, and deeper technique
  • Each track includes a mix of strength, stretch, and focus areas

  • Includes classes with varied intensity levels
  • Includes tutorials to support learning
  • Mostly Technique Level 2 with a light touch of Level 3
  • Designed for movers who already feel very comfortable in Level 2 
  • Each track follows a distinct theme
  • Suggest at least 3-4 classes a week 
  • Not suitable for beginners.
